Term-A-Rid 613™ is a completely new, revolutionary solution to the termite problem. It is the first time borates have been infused into wood stakes to help in the fight against termites.

The active ingredient in Term-A-Rid™ is derived from natures own boron. it is a naturally occurring element in seawater, plants, etc. In fact, most plants couldn't grow without it! If you look around your home, you'll find many products that contain borates. These compounds are used in everything from laundry detergents to face creams to eye drops.

Basically, Term-A-Rid 613™ stakes are a specialty product which can help aid in the control of termite colonies and can help discourage the expansion of those colonies around a home. Termites eat wood to gain nutrition and energy. But they can't digest it themselves special protozoa live in the gut of every termite, breaking down the cellulose so that the termite can absorb the nutrients.

The active ingredient of Term-A-Rid 613™ neutralizes these protozoa, effectively destroying the termites ability to obtain any nutrients from its food. The more it eats, the more it starves.

And since worker termites bring the food for the whole colony, all termites can be quickly affected. A chain reaction can occur, as other colonists feed either on the wood stakes, or the dead termites, helping to neutralize the termite threat around your home.

Recommended application: one stake every three (3) feet along the line of the foundation. These stakes are of wood and totally biodegradable.

Termites that feed on the slow acting treated wood can accumulate the active ingredient and still move among the colony. The transfer of food through the colony transfers the active ingredient. Affected individuals also exhibit behavioral changes, becoming sluggish, stop feeding and start to die. Others in the colony will avoid these individuals as well as areas where these individuals have died.

Injection rod is also available for difficult areas. The rod is used for crack and crevices, wall and ceiling voids. (fits most brass tipped garden sprayers). Sold separate. Effective Against: All Termites, Beetles (wood destroying) Carpenter Ants, Wood Rot

INJECTORS - DEADLY TO TERMITES
Kills all species of Termites, Carpenter Ants, Wood Destroying Beetles, Wood Rot and Molds.

Injectors for injecting Termites solution into cracks and crevice, wall and ceiling voids using a garden tank pressure sprayer. Directions: Both 3/32 inch red and 1/8 inch clear tubes will press fit into nozzle front holds. The larger volume clear tube is recommended for all and ceiling voids using 1/8 inch drill. Smaller red tubes is ideal for termite holds, cracks and crevices, and can be bent 90 degrees as needed. Flush injectors with water before storing. If clogged soak in hot water.
