Return Policy: Merchandise may be returned to the manufacture in accordance with there return policy, most manufactures issue a (RMA) Return Material Authorization Number, You must call them to obtain this number. Any products we must forward to the manufacture a shipping and handling fee will be deducted. Our Return Policy; A return authorization number must be placed on the package this number can be obtained by calling 732-469-5999. All shipping and handling cost are the customer's responsibility. Products must be returned with-in 14 days of purchase. There will be a 30% restocking fee, the merchandise must be in a resale condition. Customer is responsible for freight when returning products for any reason, shipping charges are not refundable. Professional Products; We sell many professional use products that require knowledge of the target animal, insect or other pest. You can either obtain this information or hire the services of a professional. Due to the inherent diseases associated with insects and wildlife, we will not allow any returns of used products. This provides our customers with assured product integrity.
