Dear Mr. Medler,

On behalf of the Middlesex Board of Education, I would like to thank you and your company for the extremely professional and effective manner in which you handled our pigeon population. As you know, pigeons can be a nuisance and a health hazard as well. I am extremely grateful for your expeditious removal of this health hazard to our staff and students.

Finally, I wish to thank you for training our employees in the proper use of prevention methods and materials in order to keep the high school "pigeon free" for many years to come.
