The Mosquito Vac silently attracts and eliminates dangerous and irritating mosquitoes while minimizing harm to friendly and non-pest insects. Mosquitoes are attracted to the heat and light emitted from the 40 watt bulb then literally vacuumed from the environment and executed.
Unit should be placed 15-20 feet away from the area to
be protected and hung 4-6 feet from the ground for best results. Comes
ready with connection for extension cord. For permanent installation,
consult your electrician. DO NOT PLACE ON FLAT SURFACE.
As with all mechanical control devices we recommend the use of
Mosquito attractant. Octenol is a known attractant and a cartridge can
easily be installed. For best results replace cartridge monthly.
